lately things have been chaotic. relationships with certain people are like *kambing*. i've been a total bitch with everybody yang nak pergi midwest cause i've been asking for money. but like how, i have to. so sorry peeps. last year, this thing didnt happen cause we had MSD to help us out. but not this year people. so yeah... me = a bit bitchy... like harun cakap, "Tau takper".. heh, thanks Harun!

so nways, the pope died. yeah, a good man died. altho i am not catholic, doesnt mean that i have to be happy somebody other than a muslim died. especially a big guy in the church like him. heh.. but i'm not devastated either. for me.. it's just 'Oh well, he's an old guy. let him rest in peace...'

consistency and performance: 2 important things that heidi underlines to maintain good relationships. i agree with her...
consistency: being consistent in communicating and delivering.
performance: being responsive to communication and deliverance.
i dont think i'm consistent and have been performing with a few people i know. so it sucks.
but i know some people who aren't consistent and certainly not performing with me.. so it sucks.
and i know this just wear it person who is only consistent and performs well whenever he/she needs it... this sucks the most!!!
