Mee bandung

Mak chak loves mee bandung. If i go to the pasar, she would ask me to get her either an ayam percik or mee bandung. Wait, usually she wants to go with me but that old woman tak sedar that she can't walk properly. Aiyo... but her zest for life mengalahkan a newborn baby..

So anyways, mak chak dear... senang ajer nak buat mee bandung nie. All you need for mee bandung, jeng jeng jeng....

1. Stuff to tumis (bawang, halia, sambal, etc)
2. Sos tomato
3. Sos tiram
4. Sos cili
5. Air
6. Ayam + Udang + Sotong + Daging + etc u like
7. Sayur hijau (kangkung or sawi)
8. Telor
9. Mee gemok or spaghetti (celur of course)

So.. for a mee bandung nak makan 2 orang..

1. Celur the spaghetti or mee gemok
   
2. Mix 8 spoons of tomato, 2 of tiram and 2 of cili in a bowl.
3. Tumis the bahan tumis
4. Put in the chiken, udang, etc u like after tumis naik bau
5. Put in the mixture of tomato sauce, tiram and cili in the tumis 1 minute after the chicken
6. Put in a bit of water.. wait for it to cook..
7. then put more water to ur liking nak pekat mana.
8. Then after semua dah masak, put ur sayur.. and put in ur egg..
9. then SIAAAPP!!

easy right?

So i can make mee bandung for mak chak when i go home. hehehe
